Four years of experience at an executive level in New Zealand's largest private healthcare venture exposed me to a significant breadth of issues. Having the dual languages of clinical work and the C-suite place me in a small group who can navigate complex challenges in health.

Professional Coaching
Surgeons understand surgeons.

Either self-referred to improve your surgical game, or directed externally to undergo a practice assessment, I am happy to sensitively and honestly look at aspects of your professional practice (and other selected areas of interest if desired).
Reporting may be informal or formal, as required.

Medical Report writing
Occasionally medical reports are required for insurance, legal, or other purposes. I have extensive expertise in report writing, with a particular ability to simplify difficult concepts for non-clinical readers.
